Instructions for using the Excel form to report winners of LSAG Member League Shows

Before you type: Make two copies of this form: One as a master copy for future shows, and one as a backup.

If you choose, you only need to fill in 5 items for each artist. (See below.) EXCEPTIONS: Fill in the Home Club of artists who are not from the Host Club. Give Division and Category for Best of Show and Best Floral.

I will quickly and easily cut and paste your Home Club and Show Date for all of Columns G and H for you, if you like. "Leave blank" for Columns G and H is optional. Type it in if you prefer.

Instructions: 1. Type your host club's initials in Row 1, Column B.
2. Type your club's show date in Row 2, Column B.
3. List information for Best of Show and Best Floral under each heading, including Division and Category.
4. For all winners below, list information in these columns only, unless you want to fill Columns G & H yourself.
Last name
First name
Artwork title
Home club of the artist ONLY IF IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE HOST CLUB.
FRAMED SIZE of the artwork
Exact medium. This will be the ONE and ONLY ONE medium used by the artist, such as pastel. It will not be the same as the category listing.

5. Please proofread your entries before emailing them to ejohnson@kingwoodcable.net.

I will delete these instructions and all the extra lines in the form that you do not use.

I will send you a copy of the finalized version. When you receive that version, send it to Karen Rome, LSAG webmaster. I will send her email address along with the finalized list.

For the convention-eligible composite list, the order of columns will be easily switched so that artists can be alphabetized by last name. HM will not be included on that list.

Printing: Under File/Page Setup, choose "landscape" to print these pages out horizontally. The extra lines make this list seem longer, but it makes the divisions and categories easier to follow when they are on the
same page as all other listings within the same division.
These lines will be deleted, along with divisions and categories you don't use.
